You can play/download .WMV, .MOV, .MPG, .MPEG video files with your regular MS Windows/Macintosh video Player. It's usually a good idea to save video files to your hard-drive(by clicking the right mouse button over a video download link and clicking "Save Target As...". Mac users should click the mouse while holding down the control button) instead of downloading them each time you want to watch them.
